1. The service

Francesca is a document hub for company accounting: it collects, classifies and organizes documents and shows figures built from them. It is provided by Mont3 Suisse SAGL, Via Antonio Ciseri 3, 6900 Lugano, Switzerland.

2. Your account

Keep your credentials safe — you are responsible for activity under your company's accounts. Provide accurate information when signing up.

3. Your data

Documents remain yours. You can export or delete them at any time. You grant us the right to store and process them only as needed to provide the service, including classification by AI providers acting on our behalf. See the privacy policy.

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no abuse of the service, no attempts to breach its security or to access other companies' data.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed in CHF, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown when you subscribe. You can stop renewal at any time; the plan then runs to the end of the period already paid.

6. Not professional advice

Francesca organizes documents and produces figures for orientation. It is not an accountant, tax or legal advisor — verify official filings with your fiduciary.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and your data safe, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page. Continued use after a change means acceptance.

9. Governing law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Lugano, Switzerland.
