Privacy policy

1. Who we are

Francesca is operated by Mont3 Suisse SAGL, Via Antonio Ciseri 3, 6900 Lugano, Switzerland. For anything about your data, write to hello@mont3.ch.

2. What we collect

Account details (name, email, password), the documents your company uploads or sends in (files, captions and the fields extracted from them), and basic technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps).

3. How we use it

Only to run the service: storing and organizing your documents, classifying them — including processing by AI providers acting on our behalf — showing your statistics, and providing support. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who can see it

Your company's data is isolated: it is visible only to your company's users and to any read-only accountant access you grant. Our team accesses data only when needed for support or to keep the service running.

5. Retention

Documents stay until you delete them or close your account. Backups expire on a rolling basis.

6. Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time at hello@mont3.ch. Swiss data protection law (FADP/nLPD) applies.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page.
